Common questions
Courier and PTL are charged on chargeable weight (the higher of actual and volumetric weight) and destination. FTL is charged per vehicle per trip. Cargo and relocation jobs are quoted on volume, route and handling. In every case the rate is confirmed before pickup and shown on a GST invoice.
Yes. Door pickup is available across Lucknow and from nearby towns including Barabanki, Unnao, Kanpur, Sitapur and Raebareli. Pickup timing depends on your area and when you book.
For courier and PTL, yes: use a strong carton, fill empty space, seal all seams and label it clearly. Our pickup executive checks the packing. For cargo and relocations we do the packing, or advise on it, as part of the job.
Cash, gold and jewellery, inflammables and explosives, compressed gases and aerosols, loose lithium batteries, narcotics, live animals, hazardous chemicals, and anything illegal under Indian law or the destination's rules. Perishables and liquids need prior approval and proper packing.
Personal shipments: Aadhaar or PAN copy of the sender, consignee's full address and phone, and an itemised contents list with values. Commercial shipments: IEC, commercial invoice, packing list and any product-specific certificates. We give you the exact list for your destination.
Yes, on every booking. Rise Global Logistics is a GST-registered partnership firm, GSTIN 09ABCFR7148D1Z4. Share your GSTIN when booking if you want it printed on the invoice for input credit.
Call or WhatsApp us with your booking reference and we will tell you the current status. Where online tracking is available for your consignment, we share the link at booking.
