How we book and price
Rates depend on the destination, the chargeable weight (actual or volumetric, whichever is higher) and the speed you need. Tell us what you are sending and where, and we quote before you commit. Every charge is stated up front and appears on a GST invoice; there are no surcharges added after pickup.
Metro, tier-2 and remote delivery
Metro cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad are served on regular schedules. Tier-2 cities and district towns across Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and the rest of the country are reachable too. For remote pin codes we confirm serviceability before booking rather than accepting a parcel we cannot deliver.
