For personal shipments: a copy of your Aadhaar or PAN, the consignee's full address and phone number, and an itemised list of contents with values. Normally the receiver, at the rate set by that country's customs. Some destinations allow duties to be prepaid by the sender; ask us if you want that arranged.
It depends on the destination country's import rules. Packaged, sealed, shelf-stable items are accepted by many countries; homemade, fresh or meat-based items are often refused. Tell us the destination and we will check before you pack.
